Electrical and HVAC, done safely and to code.
Panel upgrades, wiring, fixture installs, EV chargers, and code repair — plus AC and heating install, repair, and seasonal service. Same team, one call, no handoffs.
Electrical and HVAC, under one roof.
Electrical isn’t where you cut corners. Bad wiring causes fires; outdated panels cause failures; aluminum branch circuits cause both. We do the work right — to code, with proper materials, with the inspections that protect you. Panel upgrades, rewiring, EV chargers, code-compliance work, and the small fixes that keep a house safe.
A job done well is one you won’t think about for decades. That’s the standard on both sides of the trade.
On the HVAC side: install, repair, and seasonal maintenance for residential and light-commercial systems. Replacement systems get sized to your actual load — proper sizing is the difference between a system that lasts and one that short-cycles in a Louisiana summer. Ductwork, thermostats, indoor air quality, and tune-ups round it out.
Because both trades are in-house, jobs that need them — a new circuit for an AC install, an electrical upgrade for a heat pump — don’t require a second contractor or a second visit.
From an outlet swap to a new AC.
Eight common scopes we handle across the two trades. If your job is somewhere on this map, ask — we probably do it.
Panel Upgrades
Service upgrades and panel replacements when your home has outgrown what’s there. Utility coordination handled.
Wiring & Rewiring
New circuits, full or partial rewires for older homes, and aluminum-circuit remediation for known fire risks.
Outlets, Switches, & Fixtures
GFCI installs, light fixtures, ceiling fans, outdoor outlets — the day-to-day list.
EV Charger Installation
Level 2 home EV charger installation including circuit run and any panel work needed.
AC Install & Replacement
Residential and light-commercial cooling systems, sized to your space and your load — not just the square footage.
AC Repair & No-Cool Calls
Honest diagnosis, refrigerant work, and component repair. We’ll fix what’s wrong without trying to sell you a new system.
Heating & Ductwork
Heat pumps, gas furnaces, and duct inspection, sealing, or replacement when the existing ducts are working against you.
Seasonal Maintenance
Spring and fall tune-ups that catch small issues before they turn into peak-season emergencies.
Four steps. Done right.
Here’s exactly what happens from your first call to inspection sign-off.
Assessment
We look at what’s there — panel, wiring, AC, ductwork, whichever applies — identify what’s needed, and flag any code or safety issues we’d recommend addressing now.
Quote
Clear scope, clear price, clear timeline. If a permit or utility coordination is needed, it’s laid out up front.
Work & Inspection
Crew handles the installation. For permitted work, we schedule and meet the inspector — you don’t have to.
Walkthrough
We show you what changed — new breakers, new controls, new thermostat — and leave you with documentation for your records.
Electrical and HVAC questions, plainly answered.
The questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t here, ask.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes, for any work that requires them. We schedule, meet, and document — that’s part of doing the work right, and it protects you on insurance and resale.
How do I know if my panel needs an upgrade?
A few signs: breakers tripping often, lights dimming when large appliances run, an FPE or Zinsco panel (known fire risks), or a panel under 100 amps in a modern home.
We can assess and tell you straight whether an upgrade is warranted now or can wait.
Can you do aluminum wiring remediation?
Yes. Older homes with aluminum branch circuits have known fire risks; we can address them with proper connectors (CO/ALR or copper pigtailing) or full rewiring depending on the situation.
Will you install an EV charger?
Yes — Level 2 home EV charger installs are a common job. We handle the circuit run, breaker, and any panel work needed. If you also have solar (or are planning it), the charger can be configured to draw from your system.
My AC is broken — how fast can you come?
We try to handle no-cool calls quickly, especially during peak Baton Rouge cooling season. Call us and we’ll give you an honest estimated window, not a vague ‘later today.’
Should I repair the AC or replace it?
It depends on age, refrigerant type, repair cost, and how the system was sized in the first place. We’ll tell you straight: if a repair makes sense, we’ll fix it; if it’s a band-aid on a dying system, we’ll lay out the math for replacement.
How do you size an AC system?
By load — square footage matters, but so do insulation, window count and orientation, ductwork, and your actual usage. Oversizing causes short-cycling and humidity problems; undersizing means it can’t keep up. We do the load calc rather than guessing.
Do you work on generators?
Yes — transfer switch installation and generator wiring for both whole-home and partial-backup systems. We often discuss this alongside battery storage when solar is also on the table.
What about commercial work?
Light-commercial yes — offices, retail, small businesses — on both the electrical and HVAC side. Larger industrial scope we’ll be honest about if it’s outside our specialty.
