From first call to final walkthrough.
The same process every job, residential or commercial. Same crew on site. Same standards from quote to closeout. No surprises in the middle.
What working with us actually looks like.
You call. We listen. We come look at the actual project. We send you a written quote with clear scope and a clear price. If you say yes, our team handles the work start to finish — and stands behind it after the final walkthrough. No phone-tag, no surprise charges mid-job, no “we’ll get back to you” that turns into a week.
Six steps. Same every time.
Doesn’t matter if it’s solar on a single-family home or a roof replacement on a commercial building — the steps are the same. The detail inside each step changes; the structure doesn’t.
1. First call. Tell us what you need. We listen. If we can help, we say so; if it’s outside our scope, we’ll tell you that too, and point you to who can.
2. Site visit. We come to your property. Roof, panel box, ductwork, yard — whatever the job touches, we look at in person. Phone-only quotes miss too much.
3. Written quote. Line items, plain English, in writing. You see what each thing costs. No “let’s add it up at the end” surprises.
“The quote you sign is the quote you pay. If scope changes mid-job, we stop and tell you before the dollars change.”
4. Permitting & scheduling. We pull permits, coordinate inspections, and handle utility paperwork. You get a target start date and we work to hit it.
5. Install. Our crew, on your site, on schedule. Clean work area at end of each day. Daily updates if the project runs multi-day.
6. Walkthrough & signoff. Final inspection together. You see everything that was done. You sign off when it’s right — not before.
What to expect, week by week.
Project length varies — but the rhythm is consistent. Here’s a typical residential job.
Discovery
First call, site visit, scope discussion.
Design & quote
System design (if applicable) + written quote in your inbox.
Permits
We file paperwork; you don’t chase city offices.
Install
Crew on site. Days to weeks depending on scope.
Solar typically runs 4-8 weeks start to finish, roofing 1-3 weeks, repairs same-day to one week.
What people ask before signing.
Do you charge for the site visit or quote?
No. Site visits and quotes are free. If we need to do something unusual to quote — say, a structural inspection that needs an engineer — we’ll tell you up front and you decide.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — residential and commercial. License and insurance documentation available on request before any work begins.
What if scope changes mid-job?
We stop and talk to you before adding anything. No change is added to the bill without a written addendum you’ve signed. If something genuinely can’t be discovered until the work is opened up — say, hidden rot under a roof deck — we’ll show you the issue, explain the options, and let you decide.
How do payments work?
Most jobs use a staged payment schedule: a deposit at signing, progress payments at agreed milestones, final balance at walkthrough. Schedule is in writing on the quote.
Ready to start?
Tell us what you’re working on and we’ll send a written quote. No deposit, no upsell — just the numbers and a target date.
