The to-do list, finally crossed off.
The handyman jobs and home repairs that always pile up — handled by one accountable crew. Homes, rentals, and small businesses across the Gulf South.
The list, knocked out in one visit.
Most homes have a list. The shutter that’s hanging crooked. The door that won’t latch. The bathroom faucet that drips. Trim that needs paint. A fence panel that blew sideways. None of them are emergencies. All of them add up to a house that doesn’t feel finished.
Home repair is the kind of work that’s easy to put off and easy to underestimate. We just handle it — one crew, one visit, one invoice.
Our home repair crew handles the punch-list work that other contractors aren’t sized for and other handymen disappear on. Drywall, paint touch-ups, door and window adjustments, fixture installs, trim work, deck and fence repair, small carpentry.
Bigger jobs — full rooms, structural work — we’ll be honest about whether they’re handyman scope or whether you need a different crew. Sometimes the answer is ‘we can do it’; sometimes it’s ‘this is bigger than what we do, here’s what to look for.’
From a single fix to the whole list.
Six common scopes we handle. If you have a list, send it.

Home repair questions, plainly answered.
The questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t here, ask.
What kinds of jobs do you take?
Drywall, paint repair, door and window adjustments, fixture installs, trim work, small carpentry, deck and fence repair, and the long list of ‘I need someone to handle this.’
If your job is bigger than handyman scope, we’ll tell you — and often we can do it anyway since we’re a full home-services contractor.
How do you charge?
Depends on the job. Small individual tasks are usually time-and-materials. Larger punch-lists or specific repairs are typically fixed-price. Either way, you get a written quote before we start.
Can I bundle several small jobs together?
Yes — and you should. Punch-list visits are the most efficient way to use our crew. A single visit with five items is almost always cheaper than five separate visits.
Do you work on rentals or commercial properties?
Yes — both. We work for landlords, property managers, and small businesses. We can quote individual jobs or set up a recurring relationship for ongoing maintenance.
What about plumbing or electrical inside a repair job?
Light plumbing and electrical that falls within a repair scope (fixture installs, faucet replacement, outlet installs), yes. Anything bigger — main lines, panel work, complex wiring — we hand off to our electrical crew. One company, multiple disciplines.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — workmanship guarantee on repairs. Specifics depend on the job and are in writing with your quote.
